Sometimes in our confusion, we see not the world as it is,
but the world though eyes blurred by the mind. ~ author unknown

A "fata morgana", Italian translation of Morgan le Fay, the fairy shape-shifting half-sister of King Arthur, is a mirage, an optical phenomenon which results from a temperature inversion.

That’s a very interesting fact about Fata Morgana, but I’m even more dazzled by the colors and motion in this piece. If this is blurry, then I don’t want to see clearly ever again. Beautiful!

Beautiful – Arthur’s castle in the sky as seen by Morgan le Fay. I keep trying to fit it together, but it already is. No mirage here.

When I take the time to look and to really see and to apply my "foolish" imagination, there are worlds within worlds within worlds to be discovered.

When I allow my eyes to be excited and fascinated and pleased at what they see, I begin a journey, inventing a path to the place I choose to go; and magic happens!
