A Red Tip!

January 30, 2013 · 4 Comments

A Red Tip by Lisa Rivas ©
This morning I was out in my garden picking up broken branches and twigs
that were scattered about, since there was a rainstorm with lots of wind last night. And I decided to check for a sign of spring, since those robins were hopping about the other day.
Well, upon closer look at the soil a tiny RED tip peeked out at me, I was so amazed at the “intense” color. Then I noticed more and more and more of these little RED dots, they were everywhere. A little sign of renewal.

Now, this is a definite “tip”…
that spring will soon be here!

Ever so small (1/8″ to 1/2″) is this “MINUTE HEART” from the soil.

Art Statement

When I take the time to look and to really see and to apply my "foolish" imagination, there are worlds within worlds within worlds to be discovered.

When I allow my eyes to be excited and fascinated and pleased at what they see, I begin a journey, inventing a path to the place I choose to go; and magic happens!
