A Brie-Box: The new canvas!

September 22, 2015 · 5 Comments

This little Brie-box is perfect for a lot of reasons!

Just soak in water for a few minutes and all the labels fall off + it disassembles! Let dry and now to paint.

Here are a few pieces I have done so far.
They will be up for sale in the “new store” …coming soon!

Lisa, I wanted to say here just how gorgeous these pieces are. I especially love Monastery and Promenade. How will they be mounted or framed? Do you have a cost for them yet?

I’m still trying to figure out the framing. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions? As for the archival (ness) they are gessoed and sealed. Once all this is figured out I will have a price. They will be pretty reasonable. Thanks!

Art Statement

When I take the time to look and to really see and to apply my "foolish" imagination, there are worlds within worlds within worlds to be discovered.

When I allow my eyes to be excited and fascinated and pleased at what they see, I begin a journey, inventing a path to the place I choose to go; and magic happens!
