Once again Illustration Friday sets the tone…

In primitive times before procreation, the world was abundant only in energy, gases
and "primordial mud"…

…then these particles where blown together into shapes and lit with colors…

…then someone decided to rest and play a bit, but they lost a necklace and

Verde = verdure

April 18, 2008 · 1 Comment

Now exposed are the "inner awakenings" of the young tender leaves.
A revival, pale and fresh that will gracefully mist over, ever so far.

As a green woven mantle it will clothe the bare and dormant branches,
draping them in cloaks of a flowing and leafy splendor.

Then further robing fields and gardens with abounding hues of "verdant growth."

Miel…

Rich and golden… Pure, miraculous and healing… Sweet, delicious and healthy…
…the syrup produced by bees from the nectar of flowers and then stored as food/energy.
A "Spoonful of Honey" a day keeps free radicals at bay.

Honey has impressive levels of disease-fighting antioxidants.

Flare and fame…

The frail and ailing Parrot Tulips had an "overnight success story" when their flaming portraits appeared on a couple of web-eStamps.

The showy Parrot Tulips were flayed apart by the slashing rain;
and they “failed” to stand up and hold their ground.
Their frail petals and stems seem to be pleading for mercy and seeking help…

Art Statement

When I take the time to look and to really see and to apply my "foolish" imagination, there are worlds within worlds within worlds to be discovered.

When I allow my eyes to be excited and fascinated and pleased at what they see, I begin a journey, inventing a path to the place I choose to go; and magic happens!
